Going over some of the seed packs I have picked up to create my garden seed collection. They've come from all sorts of places, but mostly Amazon and Craigslist were where I got the bulk of mine. If you're looking to start a garden fairly cheap, look into survival / prepper seed packs - these are heirloom, have lots of variety (all the basics) and won't break the bank.
