I absolutely love Swabucks, and I've gotten so many free things from them! I've gotten GameCube games, WiiPoints (which I think are Nintendo Points now), countless Amazon Gift Cards, iTunes Gift Cards, etc.
You will not actually be mailed the gift cards; once you order one you will receive an e-mail notification telling you that your gift card is ready. Then you go to My Account, and then click on My Gift Cards, and the codes will be listed there.
Physical prizes will be shipped to your house, and you don't have to pay for shipping.
Swagbucks will NOT spam you; you will only recieve confirmation e-mails when you order and item, when you sign up, and when your item is ready. You can choose to sign up for a e-newsletter if you choose. (A benefit of the newsletter is that it often contains SwagCodes, which you can put in on the Swagbucks homepage to be redeemed for Swag Bucks.) Swagbucks will not send anything to your house except physical prizes.
