I'll show you how to get the Dirtiest Block in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
To get it, we need to create a new world.
But it shouldn't be a regular world.
It has to be a Skyblock world.
It's best to make the world size as small as possible.
Now, we simply need to mine all the dirt blocks that exist in this world.
There are far fewer of them here than in a standard world.
In the world I created, I found as many as 3 Dirtiest Blocks on the main island.
But if you don't find any on the main island, you'll need to find the island with the Shimmer and mine all the dirt blocks there as well.
