In this video, I go over a Data pack I made recently that lets you use the Caves world-type again, featuring all biomes and foliage.
Additionally, I've made another Data pack called "Chaotic Caverns World" that is a lot more cave-y in the traditional sense and more challenging.
I've also made an additional Data pack for the End (which can be found on the Better Cave Worlds download page) which makes that dimension also generate as caves.
