About ban hammer's passive:
All attacks apply the Tremor debuff. Tremour can be stacked to increase the duration of the debuff.

When an enemy has the Tremor debuff applied, its effect can only be activated with Mayhem and Swift Action. When activated, the debuff will be dispelled and a shockwave will occur, damaging nearby enemies.

Tremour Damage: Damage Instance x 0.5
Duration: 2 seconds
Max Duration: 10 seconds
