We've all been here before. You're going along, minding your own business, and suddenly something happens that completely derails your plans. This is especially not fun when you have a deadline looming on your calendar.

I recently had this happen to me in a dramatic way. After the smoke cleared (heh), I was able to look back on what I did to get through it. Maybe that happened to you and you need some friendly advice or encouragement. Maybe you didn't hit stop on the Autoplay feature and you're willing to listen to me ramble on for a bit. Either way, I hope these four steps will eventually help you get back on track :)
