There are only 2 methods to get Friend Balls in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon.
The First one is easy and is located on Malie City Outer Cape (the one in the video).
The Second is difficult and is located in Heahea City From a man in the Game Freak office for showing him a Pokémon from a Virtual Console copy of a Generation II game.
