In todays tutorial I will be showing you how I get a blurred/out of focus background using watercolors. I will be using M Graham watercolors for the background and Polychromos Colored Pencils for the tulip tutorial. You can follow along with the background of leave it out if only doing colored pencils. Alternatively you could do the whole thing with watercolor pencils.
