This video shows you how to easily generate McDonald's omega (and other indices) using Andrew Hayes Omega macro, which can be downloaded at: afhayes.com/spss-sas-and-r-macros-and-code.html .
The dataset referenced in the video can be downloaded here: drive.google.com/file/d/1QpsTAmMJ4d8MUj-vZuGN7QQ_3f-BMmsK/view?usp=sharing
Note 1: The impetus behind this video was a problem I (and some others) had encountered with the Omega menu interface when used in conjunction with SPSS version 27. Special thanks to Professor Hayes for pointing me to his syntax for using his macro to obtain McDonald's omega with SPSS version 27! Much appreciated!
Note 2: The drop down menu in version 26 still works perfectly well. My previous video demos using SPSS version 26 can be found here (Part 1: youtu.be/ySBvgNlDo7U) and here (Part 2: youtu.be/pWrmlaXKnB8).
