Want to quickly free up some memory on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra?
You can use the Memory section in Device care to stop selected apps and free up memory.

How to free up memory
- Open Settings.
- Tap Device care.
- Tap Memory.
- Review the memory usage at the top.
- Check the amount shown on Clean now.
- Review the apps selected below.
- Uncheck any app you don't want to include.
- Tap Clean now.
- You can also use Excluded apps to exclude specific apps from this memory-cleaning process.

Note:
* This doesn't uninstall or delete your apps. It stops the selected apps so their memory can be freed up.
* The amount of memory shown on Clean now can vary depending on the apps currently using memory on your phone.
