You can resolve the "Unable to Load User Agreements" error on LG TVs by ensuring a stable internet connection, performing a soft reset, updating firmware, restarting your router, or in some cases, doing a factory reset.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
A strong and stable WiFi or Ethernet connection is essential for your LG TV to access online content, including user agreements. To improve connectivity:
Connect your TV directly to your router using an Ethernet cable if possible.
If using WiFi, move the TV closer to the router to strengthen reception.
Check and update your router’s firmware and consider using a WiFi extender if coverage is weak
Step 2: Perform a Soft Reset of the TV
A soft reset clears minor glitches without erasing data:
Press and hold the power button on your remote for 10 seconds until the screen goes blank.
Optionally, press the volume up and down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
Wait for the TV to restart and attempt the setup again
Step 3: Restart Your Router
Sometimes, your network router may need a reboot to resolve temporary glitches:
Locate the reset button on your router and hold it for 10–30 seconds until lights blink.
Wait at least 2 minutes, then power everything back on, including your TV
Step 4: Update TV Firmware
Outdated firmware can block certain online features:
Navigate to Settings Support Software Update on your TV.
Check for updates and select Download Now if available.
Let the update complete fully before testing the agreement screen
