Are you unable to see your balance in Trust Wallet or is your total cryptocurrency value hidden on the main dashboard? This can happen if the balance display is hidden or if the wallet hasn't refreshed your asset information. In this video, we'll go through a few simple steps you can try.
First, open the Trust Wallet application on your device and access your wallet. Once you're on the main dashboard, look for the area where your total balance or dollar value is displayed. If you see asterisks instead of your balance, look for the eye icon near the balance and tap it to show or hide your balance.
If your balance is still not visible, make sure you have a stable internet connection and give the application a moment to refresh your wallet data. You can also close and relaunch Trust Wallet to refresh the displayed information.
Next, check whether the specific token is enabled and visible in your wallet. Search for the asset within Trust Wallet and make sure its visibility is turned on. If the token is on a different supported network, make sure you're viewing the correct blockchain network as well.
Keep in mind that Trust Wallet is a self-custodial wallet, so your assets are associated with your wallet's blockchain addresses rather than stored as a conventional bank-style account balance. If you have your recovery phrase securely backed up, you can use it to restore access to the same wallet if necessary.
That's how you can troubleshoot the Trust Wallet cannot see balance problem and restore the visibility of your cryptocurrency balance. I hope this video helps you out. If you have any questions or queries, please do comment down below.
