You can use golf tees and glue to fix stripped screw holes in just a few minutes.

This week we had just refinished the boys' bedroom door only to come home the next day to find the door sitting against the wall completely detached from the door jam. Turns out they were using it as a battering ram. The result was 9 stripped hinge screw holes. Thanks to @Idahopainter we were able to find a quick and easy solution that involved my golf supplies.
