Why is Shift Command 4 not working on Mac?

2. If you've installed any third-party screenshot tools, they might be conflicting with the default shortcut. Open the app and see if Shift Command 4 works. If so, consider changing its shortcut.
3. Click on the Apple icon, and then go to System Preferences.
4. Click on the Keyboard option, and then click on the Shortcuts tab.
5. Click on the Screenshots from the left panel and check that Shift Command 4 is set as the default shortcut.
