Are you having trouble because Noom cannot connect to Apple Health or your health data isn't syncing correctly? This can happen when the connection between Noom and Apple Health becomes disconnected or the required permissions aren't active. In this video, we'll show you how to refresh the connection and reconnect Apple Health.
First, open the Noom application on your iPhone and tap your profile icon in the top-left corner. From there, open Settings and look for the Apps and Devices section.
Next, select Manage Apple Health to view your current Apple Health connection. If Noom is already connected, choose the option to Disconnect the connection. Confirm the action and wait for about 10 seconds before attempting to reconnect.
After waiting, return to Manage Apple Health and tap Connect. iOS should display a new Apple Health permission prompt. Review the permissions and allow Noom to access the health information you want to sync.
Once the connection is restored, return to Noom and give the app some time to synchronize your data. Make sure both Noom and iOS are updated and that Apple Health is enabled on your iPhone. If the data still doesn't appear, check your Apple Health permissions and confirm that Noom has access to the required categories.
That's how you can troubleshoot the Noom cannot connect to Apple Health problem and refresh the connection. I hope this video helps you out. If you have any questions or queries, please do comment down below.
