If you got the No command error on your Oculus, and even got the purple LED sign, here’s a tip. This error is often caused by a button being stuck. So turn off the Oculus and then check the buttons. Press them hard and see if there is debris or anything that prevents them to be pressed right.
Here is where to check: The volume buttons, the power button itself, the lenses and you can also clean the proximity sensor (which is here), with a microfiber cloth.
Also, if you got this when trying to factory reset you probably held the volume up button instead of the volume down button
