Method 1

1. Open XAMPP
2. Click Apache Config Button
3. Click PHP (php.ini)
4. Click Edit
5. Click Find
6. Type Zip In Textbox & Click Find Next Button
7. Close Find
8. Remove Semicolon (;) Besides extension=zip
9. If You Dont Have extension=zip Just add this Line
10. Click File
11. Click Save
12. Click Close
13. Minimize or Close XAMPP
14. Now Try To Run Your Composer Command
15. Done!
