Are you unable to access Fitbit Premium even though you have an active subscription? This can sometimes happen when the Fitbit application doesn't properly recognize your purchase or when there's a synchronization issue with your App Store or Google Play account. In this video, we'll show you how to restore your Fitbit Premium purchase.
First, open the Fitbit application on your device and make sure you're signed in to the same Fitbit account you used when purchasing your Premium subscription. Then tap the You tab or your profile icon, depending on your app version.
Next, look for the Fitbit Premium option and open the Premium section. Scroll through the page and look for Restore Purchase, if that option is available. Tap it to allow Fitbit to check your previous subscription purchase through the store where you originally subscribed.
If prompted, complete the required App Store or Google Play verification. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account associated with your Premium subscription. After the purchase is restored, close and relaunch the Fitbit application and check whether your Premium features are available.
If you still can't access Fitbit Premium, verify that your subscription is active through your Apple or Google account and make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. If the subscription is active but isn't recognized, contact Fitbit Support or the applicable app store for further assistance.
That's how you can troubleshoot the Fitbit cannot access Premium problem. I hope this video helps you out. If you have any questions or queries, please do comment down below.
