In some cases, the Bluetooth icon may not show in the Device Manager on your Windows 10 PC. If that is the case, the first thing you should do is run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. If, for instance, Bluetooth was off, it will turn it on. At this point, you should be able to see the Bluetooth icon in the device manager.
Another way to fix this problem is by downloading the necessary Bluetooth driver from Intel. After installing the drivers, the Bluetooth icon should show up in the device manager.
