Are your Acorns Round-Ups not working or are your spare-change investments not being transferred? Before assuming there's an error, check whether your Round-Ups have simply not reached the minimum transfer threshold or whether your linked bank account has become disconnected. In this video, we'll show you a few things to check.
First, check your Round-Ups progress in the Acorns application. Open the app and go to your Invest account, then look for the Round-Ups section or progress indicator. If your balance shows something like $3.75 out of a $5 threshold, the feature may be working normally and simply waiting for additional eligible purchases to reach the transfer amount.
Next, make sure Round-Ups are enabled. Open the Acorns application, tap your Invest account, and look for the Round-Ups settings. If automatic Round-Ups are available for your account, make sure the feature is turned on. You should also review your linked accounts and payment cards to make sure they're still connected and eligible for Round-Ups.
If your bank connection has been disconnected, follow the prompts in Acorns to reconnect or refresh your linked account. Also make sure your transactions are eligible and have fully posted, since pending transactions may not immediately contribute toward your Round-Ups balance.
If the issue continues, check the Acorns app for any connection or account notifications and make sure you're using the latest version of the application. You can also contact Acorns Support if your linked account or Round-Ups remain unavailable after completing these steps.
That's how you can troubleshoot Acorns Round-Ups not working. I hope this video helps you out. If you have any questions or queries, do comment down below.
