Are your Acorns Round-Ups not being invested or does it look like your spare change isn't transferring? Before assuming there's an error, it's important to understand how Acorns Round-Ups work. Acorns generally tracks eligible purchases and accumulates the spare change until the applicable threshold is reached before an investment transfer is initiated.
First, open the Acorns application and go to your Invest account. Look for the Round-Ups progress tracker. If you see something like $3.50 out of $5, your Round-Ups may be working normally. The balance simply hasn't reached the required threshold yet, so continue making eligible purchases with your linked cards until the accumulated Round-Ups reach the applicable amount.
Next, check your linked bank account and payment cards. Make sure the accounts connected to Acorns are still active and properly linked. If Acorns indicates that your bank connection needs to be refreshed, follow the in-app instructions to reconnect the account and sign in again through the supported secure connection.
You should also review whether your recent purchases are eligible for Round-Ups and whether the transactions have fully posted. Pending or excluded transactions may not immediately contribute to your Round-Ups balance. After confirming everything is connected correctly, give the app some time to update your progress.
If your Round-Ups remain stuck even after reaching the applicable threshold, check the Acorns app for any account or connection notifications and contact Acorns Support for help with the specific issue.
That's how you can troubleshoot the Acorns cannot invest Round-Ups problem. I hope this video helps you out. If you have any questions or queries, please do comment down below.
