HOW TO FIX A HIGH FRET - this guitar plays perfectly buzz-free fretting the notes but chokes when bent at the 22nd fret. This is easily overlooked in production guitars because of the high turnover. So this is one of the very good reasons why every new Guitar should undergo a personal setup so they play in the best way possible according to your preference.
Here I’m using a soft face mallet with gentle taps to seat the fret better into its slot, don’t use a metal hammer so you don’t ding the frets.
Thankfully, this was a minor issue and I didn’t have to go into a more involved fret job. 🙏🏼
