In this video I show you how quickly fit a 5.5 ultra flex into a Kaweco Sport.
I used a Dremel with a cut-off wheel No 420 bit and 1000 grit Wetordry sandpaper. No special adjustment where made to the feed. The ultrflex is a perfect fit, and works as well as one could expect from a pen with a plastic feed.
