DREAM WITH US, and we’ll teach you how to interpret them! tinyurl.com/TJLdreamschool
*****
Do you ever look at your calendar and think, I’m doing a lot, but none of it adds up to anything? That emptiness is real.
In this episode, we help you stop empty tasks and start finding your Purpose.
When you know what you’re in service to, the same life starts to feel like it’s going somewhere.
What you’ll learn:
- Identify the difference between goals that keep you busy and Purpose that gives you meaning.
- Notice what they call “service,” the bigger why that makes ordinary work matter.
- Start the ONE-STEP METHOD: follow the faint blush of energy, then take the next step.
- Practice the “cairn move,” a trail-marker ritual: add one small stone of service.
- Use dreams as data: ask for direction, then write down what shows up.
- Build inner guardrails so groups, ideologies, and workplaces don’t hijack your need for meaning.
Feeling purposeless isn’t a character flaw; it’s a way of coping. Stay productive, stay agreeable, stay busy, and the essential question is put off. After you put the Legos away, do another load of laundry, and end the day doomscrolling or numbing out, something’s missing. True Purpose draws closer when we ask, “What am I in service to?” Then track where your energy flows, even in everyday tasks like cooking, socializing, or choosing your outfit. Dreams can help orient us because they slip by the inner list-maker and show us what is striving to grow. Notice one small action that seems to call you, do it, then notice what gets brighter.

![[SUBSCRIBER BONUS] How Do We Know When to Trust Dreams?
In this free edition of Jung Love, our subscriber bonus content, a Patron asks:
Has there ever been a time in your life when a dream or series of dreams seemed to be telling you one thing, but you decided to go against it regardless? If so, what was the result?
Is it always safe to assume that dreams are acting in your best interest or is there a possibility that, like an autoimmune disease causes a persons body to attack itself, your psyche can be self-destructive and deceitful? How do we know when to trust dreams?
