Today's chat comes in as another member request and it felt close to home since I recently also lost my drive and needed time to rest on cruise.
It's easy to get hard on ourselves during these times; repeating the idea that we're "lost" or "wasting time"... let's reject that self-inflicted energy and give ourselves a damn moment to chill.
