Here’s an easy hack to find recruiters for any job posting.
When you see a role you’re interested in, take note of these three things:
1. Role title
2. Company name
3. Location
Then head to LinkedIn and type:
“Recruiter” + role keywords in the search bar.
Filter by People and by the specific company.
Scan the results noting people’s titles and locations to get a sense of who’s likely supporting that role.
It is not about finding the exact recruiter or perfect person.
It's about planting multiple seeds and starting those conversations. You’ll start to see the right ones grow.
