You need to finish the Dandori battle on the stove surrounded by fire (yes only Red pikmins for once) and come out the other exit, click the button to allow air flow to the green fan on the ground first...

Then things become easy.

Surprise! You can get (almost) fully geared after getting Olimar at Hero's Hideaway, meaning the rest of the game should be (slightly) easier to beat with the whites having a home.

The first time I played it I didn't continue the conv. with Olimar after he showed me how Oatchi can swallow things and missed it...took another round to realise this set up...
