You can restore the Google search bar on your Android home screen by adding the Google Search widget via Widgets or reinstalling the Google app if necessary.

Step 1 — Check the Google App
Ensure the Google app is installed and up to date, as the search bar relies on it. Open the Google Play Store, search for “Google,” and tap Install or Update if needed

If the app was previously deleted, reinstalling it will restore the search functionality.

Step 2 — Adding the Google Search Bar Widget
Go to your Android home screen and long press on an empty space.
Tap Widgets from the menu that appears.

Scroll through the list and locate the Google section, then find the Google Search widget.

Long press the widget and drag it to your preferred location on the home screen.

Adjust the size by long-pressing the widget and dragging its borders if sizing options are available

On some devices, you may need to use the search bar at the top of the Widgets menu to find "Google Search" if scrolling does not show it
