Gold can't drop below bedrock — it's an impervious zone, so that's always my first target. I show you exactly where to scrape to bedrock, why mine dump material needs sampling front-to-back and as deep as possible, and the overlooked spots (roots, moss on high-water marks, under big rocks in the wash) where fine gold hides in plain sight.
