Follow these steps to set up Daily Cardio Load and Fitness Index on Galaxy Watch.

Setting up Daily Cardio Load:
Step 1: Swipe left on your Galaxy Watch and tap ‘Add tile’ to add ‘Daily cardio load’.
Step 2: Tap ‘Daily cardio load’ from your watch face to check your training status.
Step 3: O your phone, set your Daily cardio load target based on your training goal.
Step 4: Monitor your daily activity and get insights into your training effort, recovery, and recommend intensity.

Setting up Fitness Index:
Step 1: Open the Samsung Health app on your phone and go to ‘Fitness Index’.
Step 2: Complete three measurements to calculate your Fitness index: body composition, a walk or run, and step tracking for two days.
Step 3: Check your Fitness index based on your physical ability and activity level.
Step 4: Follow Weekly missions with fitness content recommended based on your goals.
