I always get way to consumed when watching movies. They make me feel like my life in is insignificant - and I always forget that what I see is not real. They give me a feeling of inferiority.
Do you recognize the feeling? One of the cures for this is to learn to tell your own story, and that is what I'm talking about in this video. For me this is super important to feel good. Maybe it can help you too?
