For those of you who don't know...
Gym Leader Notes are used for unlocking the last level cap for you sync pairs. It costs 3-5 depending on the rarity of the sync pair to unlock the cap. However, these mats are scarce and even though they are farmable, they are still a luck based drop at 10%. You'll be able to farm them on the very hard supercourse but you can also FIND THEM HERE in the co-op battles against any of the Bosses!
