Turn off the receiver, press and hold the "Input Mode" button, then press and hold the"FM/AM" button and press and hold the "start button" till you see the "menu" on the display. With the Program buttons change it to " 10. Preset", with the "Preset/Tuning" button, change it to "RSRV" turn off the receiver, turn it on and it will be factory reset.
