Steps:
1. Download BANK extractor package & extract the contents.
2. Open shared_sound.pak from gamefiles using winrar & extract the .bank audio file to a folder.
3. Double click and run quickbms.exe (also try by running as admin by left clicking), select .bms script then select the .bank file you extracted.
4. Shift + Right click to open powershell in a folder and run command ".\fsb_aud_extr.exe 00000000.fsb" (without powershell you can also drag the file onto the fsb_aud_extr.exe).
(make sure all the .dll, .exe and .fsb files are in the same folder where you run the powershell command)
