How To Evolve Pikachu Without A Thunderstone
This is a Pokemon red and blue glitch.

You can catch pikachu in viridian forest
You can catch growlithe: Sorry, Pokemon Blue owners -- Growlithe doesn't appear in your game. But you can trade with Red or Yellow owners, who find this excellent Fire type in the Pokemon Mansion. Red owners can also catch lower-level Growlithes on Routes 7 and 8.
