This is a step by step tutorial on how to draw Elizabeth from the anime (You know what) it seems to be something un-nice? While drawing her I noticed a resemblance from another character from Yuri on Ice...she kinda looks like victor doesn't she? xD or maybe its just me. Anyway I hope this tutorial will be helpful to you guys ^^
