Follow 5 steps to downgrade from macOS Tahoe to Sequoia:
Step 1: Back up your files with Time Machine, iCloud, Dropbox, or another service

Step 2: Download macOS Sequoia
⚡️Follow the download link: macappstores://apps.apple.com/app/macos-sequoia
Step 3: Prepare a macOS Sequoia installer
Use Terminal with:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sequoia.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/SequoiaUSB
Step 4: Erase your Mac
Enter Recovery, choose Disk Utility, select your main drive and click Erase, format it as APFS.
Step 5: Reinstall macOS Sequoia
Plug in your bootable USB and select Install macOS Sequoia. Follow setup.
