Intermediate backcourt footwork tutorial. I have put in a lot of effort to emphasize the most important points and cut out the unnecessary details so that this video will be easy to learn.

Summary of the Main Points
1. Switch foot while jumping backwards (Scissors Kick)
2. Straighten back leg when landing
3. Rotate using both shoulder and leg when moving off for more speed
4. Forehand block jump footwork 7:00
5. Bend forward to follow up quicker
6. Be patient and keep practicing! (Intermediate footwork will take a while to learn)

I'll try to keep the subsequent videos shorter! Wanted more demonstrations and slow motion to help you learn better.
