In this video I show you how I effectively doubled the speed of my laptop on startup, loading of apps, editing and saving files by replacing the mechanical drive with an SSD. This as always is not a guide and if you choose to follow what I have done here you do so at your own risk. As I demonstrate this is however a very effective and cost efficient way of making your old laptop better than it was when new.

As ever this is not a guide but a demonstration of what I have done. If you attempt this it is entirely at your own risk.
