This video explains how to do the fan room in Shadow temple without iron boots. The tutorial will teach 2 different strategies : with a Deku Nut and with a Bombchu. This is meant to be used in Randomizer with quick boots on the D-pad. I have no clue if that's of any relevance for vanilla speedrunning.
