This work is designed not specifically to get rid of a particular element but rather to boost the health, strength, immune system, and overall vitality of the target. It is designed to give them the ability to fight back against whatever health issues they may be dealing with.

I have actually done the spell for myself multiple times when dealing with minor ailments or when going into cold/flu season and wanting to stay healthy.

For this work you will need;

- Personal effect (fur/hair) of the person or animal you are working on.

- Catnip (for cats) or lavender (for other pets and humans)

- Sage

- Bay leaves

- Rosemary

- Rose petals

- Carnation petals
