In this video I will show you how to display and show sales & orders counter on Shopify product page so customers see social proof with the exact sales and purchases a product had.
Adding an orders and sales counter to a Shopify product page delivers many clear wins, the first is the live number sparks urgency and nudges visitors toward checkout suggesting that product is popular and already has sales. Second is buyers trust popular items more when the live counter confirms demand and third is the page looks dynamic which lifts engagement and lastly fourth you gain credibility that pushes conversion and drive more sales.
We will add the sales counter using Liquid code snippet that shows orders counter either static number or dynamic that will keep increasing the sales each minute or two.
Then we style the orders sales counter and place it just below the price or the buy it now button.
