Splice samples are notorious for being used by so many people that it’s very likely that you will hear the exact same sample in another producer’s track. And that’s not even the worst case scenario - sometimes clueless people add tracks with samples from these services to YouTube’s Content ID database and as a result you may get a copyright claim on YouTube if you use the same sample, even though it’s royalty free and anyone can use it.
