How to Develop a Consistent Meditation Habit | A Monk's Approach

Many people nowadays are understanding the importance of meditation. They see and know the benefits of meditation, but what I find where people struggle is regarding how to actually develop a meditation habit that is consistent. In that beginning, so many people are focused on the meditation quality. They typically put this at the forefornt; however, I find that what is even more important is developing the habit of sitting first should be the priority. Once this habit is accomplished and meditation becomes second nature, I find that everything else will fall into place. In this video, I share a mindset/approach that may be helpful to developing a consistent meditation habit. Hope it helps! #monk #buddhism #meditation
