Continuing on from the city in my last video, which I built up and then destroyed because it wasn't perfect enough, I go back to the drawing board to design the PERFECT city in Sim City 2000. Frustration and tedium await.

This video just details designing the infrastructure (roads, water, and ports). In the next video I will actually build the perfect city.
