Hollow Knight Silksong Twisted Child Trophy Guide. You'll need to defeat Grand Mother Silk while cursed to earn this trophy. You get cursed by delivering the Twisted Bud to Greyroot in Shellwood and accepting the Rite of Rebirth wish.. You'll want to do everything else you need, especially finding health masks and needle upgrades BEFORE getting cursed. Since you can't heal or use tools during this fight, it's important to buff up if you struggle.
