How to Deal with Burnout | A Monk's Guide

Burnout is something that more and more people are experiencing each day. They are pushing themselves to a point of mental exhaustion. In this video, I use the wisdom of the monastery to help you better understand this issue. There are many reasons to burnout, but one of the key reason is because we don't know how to balance and separate work and rest. When we can't don't this healthy balance, it creates stress and stress overtime leads to burnout.
