I never really thought of it this way… 🤔

I personally am a super result driven person.

If I get good results I’m happy and I don’t care how hard it was to get there…

But if it was a grueling road AND the results aren’t there…

Then I question everything and want to quit altogether 😂

@nico.mueller51 - a top race car driver I’m lucky to call my brother - says that yes, results are a driving factor, but the circumstances around that are even more important.

If you’re surrounded by the right people and you like what you do it’s much easier to cope with bad results.

But when that’s not right, having a bad result on top of it feels like it’s what broke the camel’s back and you quit.

This is a basically a fancy way of saying to focus more on figuring out how you can enjoy the journey instead of hyper focusing on the results only.

Because sometimes we don’t have full control over the end result - only over what we did to prepare.

Anyways, that was some great food for thought for myself and I hope that it’s helping you too rethink and rework some things in your life.

And btw - this applies to everything in life, not just singing!
