The humble squash is a surpisingly intimidating vegetable. Squash are round, have tough skin, and are a very tall gourd, so cutting them can present a challenge. Today we're showing you how to cut squash, two ways. Cutting a butternut squash in half to roast for squash puree or soup, and peeling & cubing spaghetti squash to roast for salad.
