Letโ€™s crochet the beautiful Sakura Poncho together! ๐ŸŒธ

In this tutorial, Iโ€™ll guide you step by step through the process of joining the squares to create this elegant poncho. The squares themselves are simple to crochet, especially with the crochet chart available on my blog, which makes the pattern easy to follow and repeat.

Construction and size details:
โ€ข The poncho is made as one large rectangle (15 rows ร— 6 squares).
โ€ข Each square is joined to the previous ones on the 5th round as you crochet, then the final row of 6 squares is joined to the long side of the rectangle to form the poncho.
โ€ข Each square measures about 9 cm / 3.5 in.
โ€ข One row of 6 squares measures about 54 cm / 21 in.

MATERIALS:
โ€ข The yarn used in the tutorial is Red Heart Mohair Mix and it's currently available here: prym.fi/products/red-heart-mohair-mix-neulelanka-50-g?srsltid=AfmBOoo_q3jlJQsLklNLNMOtDagGBUHON6_bV-9U1xn69PjcfxVszqdK&variant=40521837674586
One ball has 270m, 50g yarn and you will need 6 balls for the poncho.
โ€ข Recommended crochet hook is size 3 mm.
